Kalikambal Temple

This temple was built in 1640 AD. And it is dedicated to goddess kallikambal. This temple was ravaged during Portuguese invasion and is restored to its glory now. Earlier idol was believed to be aggressive form of the Goddess, while present one represents the peaceful form of the Goddess
